If is determined that the driver has alcohol in blood:

• From 0,10 g/kg to 0,50 g/kg / Penalty of 200 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 3 months.
• From 0,51 g/kg to 0,99 g/kg / Penalty of 300 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 3 to 6 months.
• From 1,00 g/kg to 1,49 g/kg / Penalty of 300 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 6 to 9 months.
• From 1,50 g/kg to 1,99 g/kg / Penalty of 350 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 9 to 12 months.
• From 2,00 g/kg and more g/kg / Penalty of 400 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 12 months.

If the driver refuses to be tested for presence of alcohol in blood with appropriate means/ Penalty of 500 euro in denar counter value and misdemeanor’s punishment forbidding of driving a vehicle in a period of 12 months.
