The organizer is obligated to take care for the safety of all visitors of the public event and if it is not made, he is liable for the possible damage which will be made to the attendant persons. The compensation of damage can be asked directly from the organizer, but usually the events are insured and in that case the damage is paid by the insurance company which insured the event.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS

For the damage which is caused by domestic animals is liable their owner except if is proven that he took care for the necessary safety and watch. The liability is based on the unpredictable behavior of the animals and with the possibility of threatening to the life and health of the people and damaging of personal stuffs. Because of that the owner which knows the behavior of the animals must do everything to prevent the becoming of the damage. In opposite, to the injured person belongs compensation of damage.
