Car accident is an accident on street in which participated at least one vehicle in movement and in the same, passed away one or more persons, were body injured or been caused material damage. On basis of the consequences, the car accident can be divided on:

• Accidents from I category – accidents in which became only material damage.
• Accidents from II category – accidents in which at least one person have a light body injury.
• Accidents from III category – accidents in which at least one person have a difficult body injuries.
• Accidents from IV category – accidents in which someone passed away or as a result of the consequences, passed away in a term of 90 days from the accident.  

European report is fulfilling only for the necessity of the I category. For the rest categories you must call police which is obligated to make an insight on the place of the accident.
